Availability​
Thank you for supporting our small local business! Due to the nature of our business, and being made to order, certain items may not be available. For instance, if you only wish to order 1 box of 10 cookies (bambino) and no other orders that week have been placed, pick up may be scheduled for the next week or during a restock. We perform a restock 1-2 times a month on top of orders. We will do our best to accommodate orders and requests! Please do your best to order ahead of time!

Refunds/Returns
There will be NO returns, refunds, or exchanges accepted for perishable items unless an error has been made with your order. We recommend that you review and confirm that the order is correct during the pickup/delivery exchange. If an error has been made, you must notify us at that time. We will try our best to remedy the situation, but there is no guarantee. Any attempts to return/refund/exchange perishable items after the initial exchange will not be honored. Should you not like one of the products, we hope that you enjoy our other recipes!

Delivery/Pick Up
We provide FREE DELIVERY within 10 miles from baking address: 975 Main St #4, Nashville, TN 37206. Anything outside of that radius will be $1.00/mile. Any associated delivery cost will be taken at time of delivery.
Pick up orders within the 10 mile radius are FREE and can be coordinated with us!
When placing your order, we will confirm your pick up/delivery schedule.
